Web-Based School Student Management System

The Challenge

Schools needed a centralized system to manage student records, teacher accounts, class assignments, and day-to-day operations. Existing methods were fragmented—spreadsheets, paper files, and isolated tools—leading to errors and lack of visibility.

Our Solution

Phase 1: Role-Based Architecture

We implemented secure authentication and role-based access for Admins and Teachers, ensuring data integrity and privacy.

Phase 2: Core Modules

• Student Management: Add, update, delete, and search student profiles with filters.
• Teacher Management: Manage teacher accounts and permissions.
• Dynamic Dashboard: At-a-glance metrics for student counts, teacher info, class distributions.
• Responsive UI: Clean HTML/CSS interface optimized for desktop and mobile.

Phase 3: Backend & Database

Built with PHP for business logic and MySQL for persistent storage. Emphasis on input validation, prepared statements, and auditability.
