Rudra Holding's diverse retail outlets were struggling with a fragmented and outdated system. They faced challenges with inaccurate inventory tracking, frequent stockouts of popular items, and an inability to get a clear, real-time overview of sales performance across all their locations. They needed a unified, modern solution to bring their retail operations into the future.

Our Solution

Phase 1: Architecture & Core POS Functionality

We engineered a robust, cloud-based POS system using React for the front-end, ensuring a fast and intuitive interface for cashiers on both desktop and tablet devices. The back-end, built with Python and FastAPI, handled transactions, inventory, and user management with maximum security and performance.

Phase 2: The AI Integration

The true innovation was in the AI layer. We developed a machine learning model that analyzed historical sales data to provide two key features:

  • Predictive Inventory Management: The system automatically flags items that are projected to sell out soon, generating intelligent re-order suggestions to prevent stockouts.
  • Sales Forecasting Dashboard: A management dashboard visualizes predicted sales trends for the upcoming week and month, allowing for smarter staffing and marketing decisions.
